Our return and exchange policy is subjected to goods which are sold only by means of Ecofreaky verified brands directly to you, with no exceptions for third party sales. We will offer a full refund if the goods sold are not damaged, used or washed and in original packaging unless damaged.
The policy envisages the terms and conditions under which:
- You are permitted to return/exchange the goods purchased by you.
- A full refund may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to certain conditions;
- You may cancel orders for goods purchased by you within a stipulated period of time as we like to not generate extra carbon footprints.
What can I return and when?
- You receive a faulty or defective product.
- You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
- If the products do not fit well(size issue) ….note :- we will only exchange the products if there is a size issue. However,a return is not applicable for a change of mind.
What products cannot be returned?
- Products that have been worn, washed or soiled
- Custom made or handmade products.
- Electronic items, once the seal has been broken , cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty.
- Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty or personal hygiene products.
- No refund, exchange or return on discount/sale items .
Conditions for Returning Products:-
- The product must be returned in the Original condition they were received in, along with the bills, tags, label etc.
- Product must be in their original form and unsoiled
- Brand packaging should be intact.
- Replacement of the product will be subject to the availability of the product on the platform at that time.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND GUIDELINES
- There will be no return or exchange for the custom made products.
- There will be no refund, exchange or return on products on discount or sale
- An exchange request should be raised via email within 7 days of receipt of the product by quoting the order number to Support@ecofreaky.com .
- Your email must contain the name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern and pictures/video of the product in case of damages or manufacturing defects.
- Any dispute raised after 7 days of delivery shall not be entertained from our end.
- If the seller agrees to refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund.
- Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. This tends to vary based on the product . The cost will have to be borne by you.
- If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please write us at Support@ecofreaky.com along with a photograph or video of the damaged product, the invoice detail and order Id on the package.
- There shall be exchange of the product in case of size change and no other reason such as change of mind will be entertained.
- Refunds are processed within one week of receiving the returned product.
- Returned goods should retain the original tags and products should not be damaged/used or washed. The cost of returning the product to us will have to be borne by you.
Ecofreaky believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore, an easy return policy . However, orders once placed cannot be canceled. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them . You will need to send the product to the manufacturer’s address. Manufacturers reserve the right to decline warranty service or change the terms of replacement warranty at any time.
If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (e.g., in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of account ID,PIN, password, or any credit, debit card number or net banking login/password, if applicable), then you agree to immediately notify Ecofreaky and indemnify Ecofreaky from any liabilities that may arise from the misuse of your account. Under no circumstances does Ecofreaky ask for your confidential information:
- We will never call you to ask your credit card number, CVV number , OTP, etc.
- We will never ask you for your ATM Pin or your online password.
- We will never share your details with anyone without your prior consent.
